Hello Fellow Internet People

So this would be me and my attempt at doing something on this thing called the internet. After 4 years of college in a film program, that chapter in my life is coming to a close and very soon. With only a few weeks left of my final year in film school, I've come to a point where I don't really know what I want to do with my life. I know what I would like to do, but I don't know what I will realistically do.

As it stands, I will most likely go back to my job that I had before taking a few months off to live in Toronto and finish my education. Do I like it? No. Do I want to? No. But heck, I need a survival plan. This has nothing to do with it.

This is my 2nd attempt to accomplish a task I set out last year. The One A Day Movie Review Experiment. Which is exactly what it sounds like. I will be watching one film, every day, for one year. Then, I will come here and post my thoughts. What will this accomplish? Well, aside from expanding my film library and seeing a bunch of film that have been recommended to me (which you can do also) I just feel like I need to continue to do something.

It helps that I want to have a career in film, so I can use the lame excuse that I'm doing 'research' to help.

I mentioned earlier, that this is my second attempt. I tried it before, but school got in the way, along with life. Now that I will be finished school, I have more time to dedicate 2 or so hours to watching a movie. As of right now, I have about 34 movies sitting to the side, all of which I have not seen (some may surprise you) and that should cover me for the first month and a bit. It will not be a new film every day because that would make things incredibly harder. But I will not review films I watch on a normal basis. So if I have seen it, it has been awhile and I probably need a refresher on the whole thing.

I'm sorry I couldn't come up with anything creative in the title, or the names. It is what it is and I will start this thing on May 1st, 2010. When my schooling and I are done...professionally.
